1. Service scope

feedback.page gives ecommerce sellers product feedback pages, QR codes, a management dashboard and basic reporting tools. Version v0.1 is a pilot and features may change before commercial launch.

2. Account and permitted use

Sellers are responsible for accurate account data, credential security, and all content, products, rewards and communications configured in their account. The service must not be used to impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, infringe rights or interfere with the platform.

3. Reviews, incentives and platforms

Sellers must comply with consumer, data protection and marketing laws and with the terms of each sales channel. Posting an Amazon review is always optional, and the displayed coupon must not depend on posting a review or on that review being positive.

feedback.page does not verify or guarantee that each seller's configuration is permitted by Amazon or other platforms. Sellers are responsible for reviewing current platform policies.

4. Plans, availability and changes

Limits, prices, taxes, renewals and cancellation terms will be shown before a paid plan is purchased. The pilot does not yet provide automated contracting. We may maintain the service, fix defects or change features while reasonably preserving user data and access.

5. Termination, liability and governing law

An account may be suspended for security risk, breach or abusive use. Final terms will establish data export and deletion procedures, warranties, liability limits, governing law and jurisdiction based on the provider's actual registered address and any mandatory user protections.
